Smh these managers can be really inconsiderate of your well being man. I'm at work, mind you it's 20 degrees outside and I'm already a bit agitated for being exposed in that cold weather for 8 hours and this bytch ass manager gonna ask me if I want to stay an extra hour.

Dude then tries to act as if he's joking by saying I'm unreliable with the other fat ass bytch manager co siging him. Right after that this other chick i work with said to the managers why they getting mad because I don't want to stay?? They then respond they aren't but sometimes they need employees to stay longer and they don't but the employee wants to call out often or come in late.
I quickly retorted how i rarely call out regardless of my physical status and if I'm late It's usually a measly few minutes. I legit felt some sort of way and wanted to say something but I just left. I'm really on the verge of quitting this bullshyt ass job man, that shyt really had me mad.
