Do you want to lose that 15 lbs that's been on your to do list for the longest? What exactly is your goal weight or how much do you want to lose?


I wouldn't mind losing 5-7 lbs tho!:bryan: I'm alright with my body. I should just start toning up.

i don't care about weight #s. i just want to be single digit bf and still moving as much weight as i am now, hopefully more.

115Lbs (Which is not a loss, but a gain of 5lbs) with a significantly lower bf%
Lift goals: 200 deads, 150 squats (At least) ??? bench. (And at least ten unassisted pullups in a row.)

To be adjusted when I hit them. (Not if, WHEN.)

I like how everyone has legit goals. Nice.

How long do you guys think your challenge will take? For me toning up shouldn't take me longer than 60 days.

my goals for now:

by september i want

300 squat for reps
around 350 deadlift for reps
225 bench press for reps

be able to play pickup basketball/soccer without getting too winded
grab the rim

that's about it for now.
