This dude gets by on his talent and athleticism which is off the charts, other than that he has no feel for the game at all...every possession it looks like he's forcing the issue.
regardless, he's not what's keeping OKC from taking that next step...they need a real coach to handle business over there. scott brooks was telling his team early in the game "its ok if you turn the ball over," and a turnover did them in in the end. I get what he was trying to say but that's the difference between an elite coach and somebody who just doesn't cut the mustard.
