After living in the Hollywood area the past 5 years, I've seen a good amount of celebs randomally. In a few instances, I've crossed paths where I've had the opportunity to say something. Akon sat next to me at the bar in Mr. Chow's...I got nervous and didn't say a word.

Blake Griffin, Steve Carrell, Miley Cyrus, all live within a few blocks of me....when I see one of them jogging or biking by....what's the best thing to say to strike up a conversation?
