It's definitely one of those implied things that they don't need to show in film.

Unless they could put it in there somehow, like showing Bourne in the stall taking a shyt and overhearing some top-secret info, then killing the person with twisted up toilet paper. Bourne

as i remember they showed him waking up in at least one of the Bourne movies, i remember in the first one i think when they cut the chicks hair and change their appearance. it's safe to assume when that they go the toilet, you don't have to actually show him closing the toilet door every half hour just to reassure you he's not constipated. you don't put mundane shyt like that in a movie
