A next-gen remake of the classic PC game 'oregon trail'. 
Could you imagine oregon trail but on some skyrim type sandbox visuals? They need to let either Rockstar or Bethesda get behind the project and create a fully fleshed out 1800s north american travel experience. I always thought oregon trail was one of those games that could translate well on a nextgen platform and it is an established property that many prime target gamer's grew up playing as children so it would generate interest. It's also gets points for being historic and different than most games which revolve around the same themes.
