You ever wonder how the creators/writers of these comicbooks feel about these movies?

Like ironman,spider-man,etc.I know they have to be facepalming when they see hollywood taking a giant shyt over all of their work.Even if the movie ends up being good you know it drives them crazy that they didn't add certain things or some liberties were taken.

He's not the only creator/writer thou.Ultimate Spider Man,Iron Patriot,War Machine.Plenty of characters that other people have had influence on as well as story.DC too.
I mean I mostly hear nothing but praise from comic authors if their story gets adapted. It's just when it's completely shyt or they get no input that they complain. Most of them are probably proud though.

Alan Moore is probably the most famous for hating though. I don't think he fukked with any of the 4 movies that were adapted from his work.

depends if they get money or not from it.

Also when you work in comic books and work for marvel or DC you already know that any character you create is no longer yours and is property of that company.

Stan Lee is just lucky that he became the face of marvel and they keep him around.

I remember reading a statement from a comic book creator (whose name escapes me at the moment) who said about movie adaptations something along the lines of: not getting bothered by changes to movie adaptations because that doesn't effect the original work which is still available for people to see.

The older writers probably mind the way things are but nowadays they get away with so much shyt in the books they can't really complain.
