Does anyone else get stuttering when playing above 60fps?

So I was on the side of the road wasn't gone for long came back to my game and was like wtf nikkas got planes but it was dudes nearby doing that ramp jawn over the river

no, but I get stutters when I play online. I also get "disconnected from the server" errors and shyt. I'm guessing their servers weren't ready for all these people, so I've just been playing 'Horizon Solo', which is buttery smooth for me

After further investigation, I think it stutters when GPU utilization gets too high, not necessarily the framerate. They're supposed to release a hotfix this week for connection issues.
