A Fun Spot employee was recently arrested after deputies say he made out with a 13-year-old girl he met at the amusement park.
Orange County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Cristobal Martinez Garcia, 30, Saturday after an Orange County mother reported her 13-year-old daughter missing.

She told Garcia she was 17 and he said "good because I don't want to get in trouble," the report said.

The girl told deputies that after dinner the couple made out in the parking lot and she asked Garcia to grab her inappropriately , but he said "I want to wait until you are 18."

Garcia was charged with lewd or lascivious conduct. He bonded out of jail Monday.

If he was misled then I think the charges should be dropped. Especially if she don't look her age. He's just supposed to know she's an underage girl. He could only go by what she said. It's not his fault that she lied to him. :upsetfavre:
