But ya still wanna be on ya workout shyt.

Go get you a pullup bar from walmart bytches only 20 bucks.

Next get you a couple resistance bands and make sure they all different type weights, shyts come in a pack for about 15-20 dollars.

Next if you have a smart phone download these following apps:

Pushups personal trainer minuf(Best app for pushups and it challenges you each time you get stronger, some apps only go for about 6 weeks this app goes on for as long as you want it 2)

Pullups pro(shyt starts you off doing easy shyt but by week 3 it gets intense I think it goes for 6 weeks but you can make it more challenging by messing around with the options in the menu bar)

Situps pro( gotta keep that core tight)

For the resistance bands it comes with workouts on a piece if paper in the box so you can just follow what it shows you them bands legit as fukk if you get enough bands and do it right it feels exactly like you lifting weights.

Remember the body doesnt know if your lifting weights, pulling bands, doing pushups or pullups, it only knows resistance long as you give the body enough resistance you will get stronger and if you eating enough you will grow.

Im here to help you nikkas, I see toooo many nikkas who young as hell outta shape, thats pitiful you aint gotta be all extra buff, but being in shape and having a lil size to you wont hurt.

How do you not have a gym membership? Even Planet Fitness is like $10 a month. If you can't scrap together $10 a month, you're doing something wrong and lifting should probably not be on your list of priorities right now...

For one planet fitness not shyt, if you fareal on ya workout ya body will outgrow planet fitness in a year, they gym is made for lazy people not people who really wanna get they body right, but if you the type to only wanna jog and lift here and.there then yea Planet Fitness for you.

And also its not about scrapping together $10 dollars you right that aint shyt, but for most of these gyms you need a checking account and not everyone has one of those.

I'm fortunate enough to have a hefty amount of weights at home. :lawd: It's a worthy investment to get your own weights. They don't depreciate or need replacing. Ever. YOU will wear out before they do. :yeshrug:

Yeah my weights just kinda accumulated over the years. Then i got some hand-me-down big weights from my dad's friend :blessed: It's been on like donkey kong since then.

Yea thats how my lil gym is starting up just getting stuff here and there until I have enough things so I dont have to go to the gym.

You don't even need the pullup bar, you can just go to a playground and do pullups/chinups on monkey bars

To a certain extent, it all depends on whats ya goals. But your goals cant be much if you only working out with a pair of dumbbells
