Next get you a couple resistance bands and make sure they all different type weights, shyts come in a pack for about 15-20 dollars.
Next if you have a smart phone download these following apps:
Pushups personal trainer minuf(Best app for pushups and it challenges you each time you get stronger, some apps only go for about 6 weeks this app goes on for as long as you want it 2)
Pullups pro(shyt starts you off doing easy shyt but by week 3 it gets intense I think it goes for 6 weeks but you can make it more challenging by messing around with the options in the menu bar)
Situps pro( gotta keep that core tight)
For the resistance bands it comes with workouts on a piece if paper in the box so you can just follow what it shows you them bands legit as fukk if you get enough bands and do it right it feels exactly like you lifting weights.
Remember the body doesnt know if your lifting weights, pulling bands, doing pushups or pullups, it only knows resistance long as you give the body enough resistance you will get stronger and if you eating enough you will grow.
