I just joined a Yoga studio. I'm thinking its going to benefit me when it comes to supplementing it with jiu jitsu and boxing. I also have a one on one strength and conditioning coach. I canceled my gym membership last night because I hate lifting weights.

Has anyone used Yoga and do you like it?

I took classes at LA Fitness for a while and bought a Yoga dvd. I like it since it helps me stretch out, I'm usually too thirsty to hop in my workout and do only some pull ups or a warm up set of whatever I'm hitting to "stretch" so it helps me out a lot.

I have used Yoga. Yup i like it.

Seems like its a good supplement to what all you have going on. It gives you a good stretch and Isometric strength, which is critical to jujitsu or any form of wrestling i would think. It also encourages you to be mindful of how you are breathing...another critical addition to what you are doing imo
