Philly's murder count has gone down in recent years, but the towns right outside of it collect all the collateral damage.

Trenton, Camden, Chester, Allentown, Reading, Norristown. You get people from the bad parts of Philly moving here doing 1 of 2 things, moving to get away from the violence of the city, and bringing that nonsense with them either way or people moving from Philly to takeover these smaller towns.
