yo brehs help me switch up my bis/tris routine

bis

close grip pulldowns (similar to pullups motion but sitting pullin down the bar)
standing hammer curls
incline bench curls
one arm preacher curls

tris

v bar pushdowns (both arms)
takin a dumbbell with one hand behind my head and raisin it up and down (dk what thats called)
single cable pulldown (1 arm)

any shyt that works for u guys/suggestions appreciated

Bi's -
- Concentration curls
- Rope hammer curls - use the rope like you would on tri's except put the setting all the way done and hammer curl it.
- On the bench where you do back/lat rows, you can lay all the way down and use the same pull down bar to do bi's. Like a laid down bicep curl. Not sure if that makes sense or not....sorry.

Tri's -
- rope at the very bottom setting and face away from the stacked weight....use both arms to pull up over your head
- same as above, except with heavy dumbell, two hands - works the long head of the tri.
- skull crushers/superset with close grip bench - flat setting and decline setting (to mix it up)


Remember, you can always mix up what you're doing by super-setting or standing on a bosu ball, etc. If that's too advanced, you can stand on one leg so that you're working core in conjunction with arms's, etc. Mix it up and have fun.

What is your whole workout like, you might be able to hit arms twice (well 1 and a half) times a week. That shyt is working like a motherfukker for me

This is what Ive been doing

Tris-
One arm cable extentions (2x week)
Overhead extensions (1-2x week)
Dips (1x week)

Bis
DB curls (2x week)
Machine curls (1-2x week)
Chins (1x week)

Eat + be patient + look to put more weight on the bar/cable/DB as quickly as possible
