Seeing as how those games are somewhat disconnected from the modern Persona with a different director I don't think they'll ever be a priority. I think Persona 4 Golden would get a remake like Reloaded long before them.

maybe after another Persona 5 spinoff game and a Persona 4 remaster

but srsly, next year will be 8 years since P5 Vanilla came out. I feel like they need to put out P6 next year. The cool features they had in ReFantazio felt like a test for what they wanna add in P6

They def will. There is enough curiosity about and they have little/none of the constraints they had in the 90s. How soon? I don't know because those games will need to be completely re-imagined.

well after 4 which will probably be out within the next year and a half. that will have all the modern personas current gen and updated.

the next logical conclusion would be for them to get started on 1-2
