I'm not on Twitter and I've started going on Instagram less. I'm finna take a break entirely from YouTube, the coli, news, etc. And just read the paper every week for my news just to see what happens. Anyone else done the same before?

Might take a break from online streaming too and just watch DVDs and go to the movies.

It’s that hard to not go onto SM? Ppl don’t use actual websites anymore?

You don’t have to “detox” from the internet just use it when you NEED to. Play single player, watch actual tv, read a book, get your news/tea/gossip etc from other ppl

Yeah sometimes I just log off but I’ll lurk from time to time. I don’t quit YouTube but I take the shorts off and I don’t even use social media anymore in an active sense. Used to be on TikTok but that’s gotten stale too. I do feel less occupied but it’s not a cold turkey detox
