or the Wire? Not even close, for starters Sopranos INVENTED the TV drama that Breaking Bad tries to emulate. The entire genre of Drama's was rinse and repeat - no long character archs and in depth development of side characters. Sopranos straight invented that sh*t and is widely regarded and given credit for it. BB is an average show at best that came on an average TV channel. Sh*t BB isn't even better than the Wire. When it's all said and done though there is a chance.... a slight chance.... for Game of Thrones to upend the GOAT Sopranos. But we'll see how those folks close the show.

It's really undisputed that Sopranos = , it's straight Stadium Status and is the William Wallace of this sh*t.
