After seeing only one episode... I'm assuming it's about supernatural or extra terrestrial entities that take over human bodies and live in them and they have some sort of ruthless special/government agent hunting them down and killing them. There's a ton of other shyt that has went on in the pilot that I don't understand yet... like then number 9 constantly pops up and some are given a card with the number on it...
