justified, but he will probably lose his job and face some charges for sure. He kinda crossed the line in where all he is allowed to do is protect himself. Depends on who is judging the situation...he wasn't exactly in danger. She hurt her case by saying her man and dad are going to get him.

Once you think it's ok to hit and SPIT on another human being, you deserve whatever happens to you in retaliation, be you male or female. Same shyt I said when the video leaked of that McDonald's worker laying the Pipe on those two butch dykes who thought they was gangsta enough to HOP over the counter and assault him. Once you cross a certain Line of physical indecency towards another human, that human has a RIGHT to defend himself....

Dunno about the "whatever happens" part (too much leeway in that) but definitely agreed on the gender part.
The pinnacle of physical disrespect is striking and spitting on someone. Your basically telling that person that they are less than the dirt on the ground. That sort of physical gesture is a DEMAND for confrontation. Whatever that person does in retaliation is exactly what you asked for....
