No, one of my boys(he's a nurse) opened a gym. He bought up a bunch of old weights and machines, rented out a spot in a plaza, sold nutrition supplements and bars and offered consulting, still has nursing job while his brother helps him run the gym. He upgrades the gym a little bit every year
