They have to do it because white women age in dog years. If they evened the playing field by casting black women who are role and age appropriate it would further expose the inferiority of Caucasian genetics

I don't think that they "get on" at later stages.
I think it's actually that (for the most part) it feels like the "Black Hollywood" community picked their actors in the 90s and haven't moved on or drafted new ones since.
It's been the same group of about 15-20 women and men (Hall, Lathan, Ellis Ross, Union, Nia Long, Chestnut, Ealy, Underwood etc.) and kinda like Apatow has his people, they just stuck together and whenever someone gets a little money to put something together, they pick from that crew and ride out.
It's a part of the reason why a lot of that shyt is stale - same actors portraying for the most part the same character archetypes.

Exactly. Only comic book movies are breaking in younger actors now. Seeing the same older actors in the same roles is
. Although black don't crack, I want to see younger black women.
