Y'all ever wonder if one day, pro wrestling will drop from the mainstream forever?

inspired in part by that 500 million dollar loss thread.....

I've thought about this shyt a few times…..what if there isn't a next boom period, or a next Stone Cold/The Dwayne to feature shows around and rake in fans/viewers? What if most people just get tired of pro wrestling altogether (except maybe for the kids who think it's real....probably one of the other reasons why Vince thought PG was the way to go)?

What if the E only lasts like 15 more years as a mainstream company, then slowly dwindles to TNA status for a few more decades (i.e. significantly decreased crowds and viewership, and hardly any interest from non-wrestling fans)…..then one day, it gets to a point where they can't do weekly shows and PPVs anymore because most people don't wanna see bad acting and scripted matches?

What if pro wrestling just stops being interesting to everybody, to the point where the WWE and other wrestling feds become some kind of novelty show that has a short tour every now and then, like a circus?

I don't wanna be 80 years old and tryna explain to my grandkids what pro wrestling was and why people used to like it :sadbron:

SMH @ my grandson being like ":rudy: this old nikka used to stan half-naked fake-ass fighters"

At this point I'm so apathetic to wrestling now I can't honestly say if I feel anything when it does.

As long as WWE has a monopoly,we will never have another boom period and the industry will slowly wither away due to how dreadfully stagnate it has become with no signs of it ever changing.
