I remember reading a story in 2010/11 when they filmed the sex scene on the open glass hotel window, many New Yorkers on the street below stopped and watched. Fassbender and the other actress both nude amusingly waved to the onlookers between takes.

I might check it out...a couple of other good movies I seen re: sex/porn addiction if you haven’t watched them already are ‘choke’ starring sam rockwell...ok flick but great acting from rockwell and ‘don jon’ starring joseph gordon levitt which is a pretty solid flick
