I still maintain a low bf% due to lifting weights and genetics. But I repeat, I never had a six pack before.

I took it from the Convict Conditioning pdf.

But then again I'm 6'4 190 lbs. :manny:

Choose your variations and do them to fatigue. I personally like doing leg raises while hanging from a pullup bar. when you get your back strong enough you can contract your abs and focus all your attention there without swinging.

it feels so bad but so good. :noah:

not everyone has genetics like you unfortunately and diet is usually the main reason to get a 6 pack, not ab workouts.

True... but might as well make the muscles stronger right? And I swear its not just my genetics. I'm skinny but all my weight goes to my stomach and face. I haven't changed my diet but these exercises ARE putting definition on my abdominals.

I'll upload some before and after pics when I get back from vacation.

I don't think as many people as you think sleep on leg raises. shyt aint nothing new breh

Nah according to this site it is. People tend to disregard all ab exercises on here. They view them as a waste of time. "Abs are made in the kitchen" that type of stuff.

Hence the term "sleeping on"

^^ The reason being that the people you refer to incorporate big compound lifts into their routines, squats and deadlifts, which work your abs plenty.

Think you're gonna lift 300 lbs with a weak core? think again.

I do compound lifts too. But this topic is more about ab definition, which most people have deemed ab isolation exercises as pointless.

thread was just me trying to offer another point of view breh.
