I'm sure it's mostly a licensing issues. I've had to purchase jet set digital on the 360 store last year.
Most of these still can be purchased regularly at a glance. I'm sure someone will make a list at some point

I have been coveting this game since it was announced but, unless it isn't on game pass, I'm not paying for some shyt I could play and get enjoyment out of before game pass loses it.
it's just weird that they're using weasel words like "may be". are they removing them or not?
If you own these you can still play them BC and all on your xbox
