Backward Compatibility now has over 210 million hours of gaming. I thought this shyt was stupid and worthless to be honest I am guess people were wrong again. shyt is crazy as well because Xbox 360 game prices are high as shyt compared to other systems with the possibility of these games being backward compatible
The Xbox One's backwards compatibility feature launched a year ago this month with the New Xbox One Experience update. In celebration of the birthday, Microsoft's Major Nelson today published a blog post in which he revealed that people have spent 210 million hours playing Xbox 360 games on Xbox One since the feature launched. This is up from 145 million hours as of August 2016.
There are now more than 280 Xbox 360 games that are playable on Xbox One; a handful of games were added this week, including Mass Effect 2, Mass Effect 3, and Skate 3. That last game, which was highly requested by fans, arrived today, November 10. Microsoft will host a livestream event dedicated to the game this Friday, November 11, beginning at 1 PM PT through Twitch and Beam.
