If they could give away access to Live and it's content for free. Even the content and apps that are 3rd party and free. Like FiOS. And prorate that $12 a month by day over 31 days. And only charge you for the days you actually play online that would be amazing.

I haven't signed on to live in weeks to play a multiplayer game. Yet I still pay.
