I think Microsofts acquisitions are causing people in the industry to root against them. There’s a very loud and aggressive fanbase on twitter and reddit but i think amongst people in the industry they see the writing on the wall for what Microsoft is trying to do.

I don’t think they’ll ever have that true ‘underdog’ status they started the generation with back
