Xbmc question

I got a fire tv with xbmc on it in hopes to replace Netflix
I could go to mash up and go to kids zone and pick a movie and everything loads up instantly with no buffering at all
I've watched random movies on it too with no problem
But if I go to 1 channel and select an episode of season 7 of 24 it buffers constantly
Any suggestions?

Just make sure yall restart XBMC after.

I used it and it worked for me, couldn't load HD movies prior to doing it, now they load like Im watching netflix.

I couldn't get it to work there
But I went to mash up>ilive>>sports>espn2
And it worked. They showing the brazil soccer game right now there

I tried it earlier and the show played with no buffering but in sd quality
I tried watching another episode, it shows better quality but it's buffering again
I did the 0 cache thing and restarted it and still buffering
It's crazy tho because if I go to kid zone and pick a movie there, it never buffers
