WWE should use their wrestlers as fans during their shows like AEW is currently doing.

The problem with that is that WWE would have to pay all those wrestlers to sit down and their contracts are based on shows they're attending. AEW and NXT pays less on a consistent salary also the micromanaging would make the crowd stale.

So much this. Look I tried to give AEW the benefit of the doubt because the idea was fresh, but as time progress it looks like a damn family rooting for a high school graduate. It's wild corny and just looks a bit sad. In WWE's case, it's all on their own fukk up to make wrestlers rely on the strength of the fans. They look like damn androids out there, hence why the shows look soulless. Impact's strength is in the backstage segments, but it still suffers from the lack of crowds being the elephant in the room.

It's just a messy affair all around because wrestling without the crowd looks like a performance practice act. It's funny how UFC had a empty arena show and the shyt looked like some prize fighter shyt, while wrestling itself looks like a sad sack of shyt in comparison but want to shyt on MMA fighters in the process because "marks". Promotions need to learn from ROH to just put the shows on the backburner (Even DDT needs to learn this as well). Yet, it's understandable of the pressure of tv deals and etc.

The shows wouldn't be such ass if there was creativity to the shyt. WWE tried to hit it in the park with the stipulation matches during the last ppvs (Boneyard, Funhouse, Corporate ladder), and they still keep putting on these boring ass shows. Then there's AEW who thinks wrestling marks in the crowd= alternative to crowds which is still skipping the fact that wrestling is fukking fake and need to do more during these affairs. I mean there's numerous ways to make the most of these times:

• Movie segments
• More arena/backstage brawls
• Get rid of the fukking ring and (bullet 1 and 2)
• Social media shows
• Bloodsport type of matches (shoot fights)
• Have year long tournaments/leagues to hide the fact that a crowd is needed (G1 alternative but better)

There's so many ideas that can help out these shytty shows but wrestling itself is so backwards with the times, it's almost as if creative don't want to be believe that we are in the midst of the worst pandemic that's going to last a good while. This maybe the end of professional wrestling as we know it if promotions don't get their shyt together and book a event in 2020, instead of fukking 1997.
