My quick glance at it was most of the good shyt is actually still behind the paywall:

Old Raws/SD: Paywall
Nearly all non-WWE stuff: Paywall
Raw and Smackdown older than 6 months: Paywall
All pre-Raw WWE shows: Paywall

So really you're left with the past 6 months of Raw/SD/NXT, and all WWE PPVs, plus some but not all of the out of ring originals/docs. This is probably actually their test run for the tiered system they've been wanting to roll out for 2 years.
