ION pins down 'WWE Main Event' - Entertainment News, TV News, Media - Variety
WWE will launch a third weekly show, "WWE Main Event," on the ION Network beginning in October.
The one-hour series will air on Wed nights, bowing Oct. 3. Show will feature WWE stars from the rosters of "Monday Night Raw" and "Friday Night SmackDown," continuing storylines from both shows and performances in front of live audiences in arenas like its current series.
The new three-hour "Raw" currently airs on USA Network, while "SmackDown" is on Syfy.
"Main Event" will be available in 100 million U.S. television households on ION Television.
