Where have some rules where players who haven't played in a certain amount of time ineligible to play then. That's why I said cats from the 80's shouldn't play cats from the 2000's. Meaning say a team of Magic Bird Worthy shouldn't have to face one made up of AI T-mac and Gary Payton.
