the tank has an orange glowing circle on it. That is the only place you can hit it to do damage. Don't try to go toe to toe with it. It takes around 10 maybe more shots to kill him and he can do you in with only a few shots. Hit and run is the way to do it.

Try to find some nearby tunnels. It doesn't go in there. It goes blind the moment you drive into one. That's how I was able to defeat it. Hit it and run like a motherfukka
