WTF happened to our shows?? Soul Train, Showtime at the Apollo, Comicview, Def Comedy Jam, etc

I miss seeing real Black people, black music and dancing and black comedy on tv. Seems like right after 1999/2000 everything got shutdown. It was like a new integration or something. Seems like all the new all Black TV programming is some extreme kooning.

i used to watch soul train up until the end (had so many bad bytches for a preteen PCP )
i don't even watch tv like that anymore, but blacks need to get in on these shows that are making moves like the Mad Men and what not on TV One you see what those shows did for AMC. gotta move away from producing just family sitcoms

Black television has been killed in favor of white crap. Plain and simple. Blacks were dominating and had great shows for families, good shows for laughs, etc. Whites weren't having that, so unless we are doing immoral shyt or anything else deemed degenerative, its not going to be on tv

Those in control of airing such shows (usually old white men) only want the public to see blacks in a demeaning, ignorant, ratchet, etc.way to further reinforce their beliefs about us being inferior to them.
