Who's down to start a new network? We can get some venture capitalists together. All we need to do is convince them America would welcome a viable competitor. If we do the thorough market research, we can figure out the exact gaps to fill and topple these fukkers.

how about their normal fukking morning programming? I understand having it on espn2 but damn you gotta have on espn as well? They should have had sportscenter on a few times then moved the espn2 programming like First Take over to espn...I know it doesn't matter to them, but they're missing their normal morning audience today

Like any special event on TV, your regular scheduled programming is gonna be pre-empted to show that. ESPN and any other channel does this for any event they do.
When NBC used to have tennis they did this ALL the time, cutting off Days of Our Lives and shyt to show that.
There's like 6 different ESPN channels I can recall of the top of my head, it really isn't taking away from that much of its normal broadcast.

Not to mention that they spent $480 million for the rights to broadcast Wimbledon over the next 12 years. Plus Wimbledon is all over by like 4 o'clock, they'll be good as far as core audience goes.
