Hey buddy, just checked out your tracks.
You have a solid ass flow (reminds me a bit of 99 Mase - a good thing), a solid delivery, and nice punchlines no doubt...
Your mixing and beat selection definitely needs work though... also the singing ain't on par with the rap though...? Consider collabing with R&B singers maybe.
I think you have great potential though, the actual raps is down pat, the other "presentation" sides of it can be developed... what do you use to record?

the only issue for me is mixing. the singing and everything else is fine, it just sounds like very specific ideas and its not quite mixed to fit the vision...
