We got some educated fitness folks here, BK is looking to get the main page filled with content from users and in the goal of getting The Gym's name out there as the premier subforum this might be a good way to get us more exposure

anyone looking to post their "specialized workout routines", diet plans, thoughts on products, etc we can collaborate

if anyone is interested in contributing let me know

im probably going to clean up my diet sticky and submit that as well

either way id write something up for sure. I would definitely consider writing something about Intermittent Fasting as well, but I'd think someone like Spliff would be even better at that shyt.

What kind of length are we talking here? Formatting? How do you want me to submit it?

I wanna do a transformation. Like for the last few years I'd always put on weight then lose a bunch...talking 30-40 lbs. It's not a problem to lose weight. I'm like 240 something now and I wanna get down to 175. I wanted to write an updated articles on muy progress and what I'm doing every week
