Wrists/forearms lagging behind biceps, shoulders and especially triceps

Any advice for specific exercises to target this? It's holding up progression for dumbells, barbells etc

When youre doing bi's and tris, do hammer and reverse grips sets

You can do wrist curls and stay away from straps

Behind the back barbell wrist curls for flexors

Reverse grip barbell arm curls for extensors

5-10 mins at the end of a workout if you're lagging
