So about two weeks ago I fukked up my right wrist lifting heavy on reverse tri curls, at first i just kept on lifting through the pain for a week (icing it daily) but it wasn't getting any better. So i've been out since then (about a week and a half) and its gotten way better, there's still some pain when i flick/rotate it. I'm not taking no chances and gonna wait till it completely heals, but I want to cop some wrist straps to prevent this shyt from happening again and helping with my lifts.I need help buying one, what are some good brands?

Skip the wrist support!
Rest. Don't work out the arms. Just do cardio or legs if you need to exercise.
You're jacking up your arms if you keep on trying to work through it.
