Would You Save a Random Kid?

So, you see a random kid in the street about to be hit by a car, and the only way that he can be saved is if you run into the street, and push him out of the way sacrificing yourself in the process. Would you do it?

I couldn't do it. I'd be traumatized though.

far from it only reason it happen cuz u know how kids play with balls and it went in the street in between cars and kept rolling and the car really didnt see kid and i was bout a car away getting out of mines and saw the ball roll went to go get it but then saw kid running so i sprinted and pushed him the car hit breaks but wasn't luckily doing below speed limit i jumped and landed on hood on my back but twisted my ankle cuz of how i jumped and how the car hit me
nothing of a big deal dont see why i would let a small kid get hurt tho he got a future ahead of him

Motherly instincts would propel me to save him..However I can do so without sacrificing myself lol. When you go to the kid you kind of football tackle him with you hand behind his head to avoid concussion.

No motherly instinct, just instinct period. If I see a person I danger and I'm near to possibly save them I'll react. If I'm walking on a side walk with my niece I have her walk inside from traffic so if a car somehow jumps the curb I'll shove he out the way and I'll be the one to get hit.
