Imagine you finally find one source of water in the desert and the dog runs up and sits in it.

One time in the desert I witnessed something amazing.

I saw a dog standing by itself. The middle of nowhere.

I walked up to it, and to my astonishment I saw.. another dog, except this one was dead.

The dogs companion had died, and rather than leave or eat the corpse, the dog just stood there. Waiting for its companion to spring back to life


I buried the dead dog, and the living one wandered off into the desert after seeing its companion was no longer around
