Would you quit your job if this happened to you?

My assistant manager has been at my job longer than anyone working there (the new batch) they transfer a manager over there ( he still assistant) he won't give him a raise even though the nikka was there from the start! This is the part where I'm really like He was working with this girl before this job ( she a year older than me idk if she white or rican, but I'm trying to stock her shelfs) he gets her this job, and this girl already the new assistant manager, AND got a raise . He be at work c00ning it up, but as soon as they leave he On em. Some lady offered this nikka 14 a hour to work in a factory He would get paid more, but hard labor? nikka it's 2013 we free of that . So, the question is do you quit? Go postal if you don't get a raise? Or work long, hard, and boring hours?

I would not quit immediately, but I would start looking for another job that meets my requirements. When I find and get offered that new job...

did he ever ask for a raise? why should they give him a raise if he's gonna stay anyway?

I got fired once for protesting a measly 50cent raise when there were only 3 workers and I hadn't had a raise in a year and a half. I took that shyt to the top and the manager lied on me about talking to the neurologist about my raise, so they fired me. I ended up getting the same position, making a few dollars more. I ended up snitching to HR that the manager was having an inappropriate relationship with a subordinate He ended up gettin relocated and then later on fired.
