he is coming to my city in a few weeks, and I was thinking about coping a couple tickets but i have never seen him in concert and i know many say he is washed up

Nope. Not that he wasn't funny, but I paid less to see Dave Chappelle when he was in his prime. Chappelle was always funnier than Chris Tucker to me.
