It's poetry breh. She's expressing two different sides of her. This is the description:

I felt that there were two parts of myself the dark writer that did not write about love and flowers but loss, destruction, fear,blood and sadness and the other that seemed ashamed and embarassed about these "ugly" emotions and wanted to conceal her. And so I wrote this with those two very real parts of who I am speaking what they needed to. It was very empowering and so this is dedicated to the side that endured and survived and got the least credit all these years may she forgive me.
