And Rock vs Macho Man?

The more I think about it the more I think Rock versus Macho man would’ve been epic. The People’s elbow versus the big elbow drop!!

It seem like macho man respected the rock too

It would’ve been better simply had they switch HHH/Jericho with Rock/Hogan. It’s embarrassing that HHH/Jericho was the main event. No way in hell should that have happened.

Austin was super washed by that point and I think mentally checked out, no way is Austin/Hoegan outdoing Rock/Hoegan.

Savage, idk. I don’t remember much of his late WCW run minus him being crazy yoked. I feel like him and Rock would’ve looked better on paper than in real life

The biggest problem with WMX8 is that it follows X-Seven and it was very tone down and a lot less hard-core matches and bumps.

It was a weird card that had no interest of being a wrestling event. X8 was all sports entertainment.

WM18 would've been more epic if it was Hogan vs Rock AND Austin vs Macho Man.

Hogan matches better with Rock, Macho Man at that time matches better with Austin. Macho Man in his final WCW run in 99 was crazy as fukk and more intense/aggressive than he'd ever been and him and SCSA would've wild.

Hogan and Austin just don't match up as well. Hogan and Rock were both huge superstars and had a cartoonish clash of superheroes match and it worked. Austin's character was more intense, aggressive, and reality based, and it wouldn't fit as well with Hogan's character.

but The Rock vs Hoegan was the right call
if only Hoegan stood heel and built up a year program to get to Austin at Wrestlemania 19 but Austin was all in his head
