Would the quality of threads improve on here if limited to 2 per day?

There are a small minority of posters who keep on flooding the front page with Bossip level tea of bullshyt. Surely there’s a tool to limit posters to the amount of threads they can post per day.

I’m tired of seeing this bussy battle between which posters can post the most gossip threads.

It seems there’s no real penalty for being deep in the red, which renders the rep system ostensible.
