Joseph hadn't smashed yet, so there's no need for a paternity test.
Joseph also wasn't some loudmouth, whiny, bxtch boy that wants everyone to know his business, so he probably would've just filed them papers and dipped. God is the only reason they stayed together.

The problem with this hypothetical is that it ignores a foundational tenet of Christianity/religion: Faith.
Even in modern times, God wouldn’t choose a couple unless they both were devout in their faith so that when he speaks to them about what happened they believe it.
The better question is how would everyone around them react. As a society, faith is at an all time low. Science and human intellect now has us expecting a logical explanation for nearly all observed phenomena where previously we’d just credit God for what we didn’t understand. So Joseph would likely be ridiculed and dismissed if he came public with this divine inception claim. If God chose them, God almost certainly would want him to go public to spread the gospel, so how would that play out? I’m not a biblical scholar or anything; I know Christmas songs refer to Joseph as Christ’s “earthly father”, if the Bible does as well, maybe a paternity test would show Joseph is the father. That would solidify Mary and Joseph’s faith, but the public would just assume they’re lying about never having sex (or using other methods).

Looking at it that way getting a DNA test in 2023 might be a bad idea. He'd raise flags with the wrong people trying to quell the whispers of others.
I dont know the science of "immaculate conception" but im guessing that one look look at Jesus DNA would have any standard lab picking up the phone to figure out why Jesus DNA looks so different.

Makes me wonder. Jesus is Life itself, all things were made through Him and Adam was created from the purity of that Life. There was no corrupted DNA within Adam. He wasn't tainted like the humans that would descend from him.
So, physically, wouldn't Adam and Jesus be similar?
