SuikodenII
Where's Suikoden VI??????
Now as some of you already know, the only reason I started watching WCW again was due to the cruiser-weight division, I actually begged my parents (which they declined) to let me order Starrcade '96 for Malenko/Dragon.
In the WWE the "light heavyweight" division has had it's ups and downs, but has never had any break out stars push it to the next level to give it that same respect other titles hold (or once held...). Only Rey, Eddie, Jericho (CW) and Christian (LHW) have gone on to hold a major title.
However, times change, people change, and crowds are easier to except smaller guys as TOP superstars thanks to the hard work of guys like Rey and dem
But
Now that they've gotten acceptance as being legitimate WWE or World Heavyweight Champions, would it be taking a step BACK to create a cruiser-weight division designed specifically for smaller guys who may someday be breakout superstars or would it enhance the overall product with faster paced matches and spotlight talent for little guys with no mic game (Tyson Kidd/Sin Cara) yet keep them relegated to just being a "small guy". Also with the E's history of burying the division with the likes of Gillberg and Hornswoggle, is their fear of a lack of legitimacy for the division?
Speak on it
