Worst dub for a Black Character in Anime ever!

Someone already made a thread on this (the anime is Black Heaven) , but there was this one anime where there was an American black taxi driver and he said something ... I forgot, but that accent was terrible!! I had to promptly switch to the English dub after that shyt.

I didn't know the fukkery of Killer Bee could be exceeded like that.
i know it's about anime, but have you seen the black characters dubbings in kung fu flicks..especially the films from the 80's and 90's?
