There is going to come a time where people cease to be distracted by entertainment, sports and "politics" and start waking up to these greedy fukking creatures.

It happened in France during the French Revolution, which by the way, was not led by the peasants, but the equivalent of the middle and upper middle classes.

Greedy c*nt.

I just can't fukk with a woman like her, who inherited almost all her wealth, having the sheer balls to say something like this. You'll notice that the self made billionaires like the Gates and such would never say anything like this, and donate to charities... I'm willing to bet this whale doesnt give a cent of what she makes back to anyone.

the real sadness is how people conceive of economics to come to these kinda conclusions. European politicians saying it's like a household so you gotta budget right, this australian lady saying cutting wages will cause more growth, even Nikki Minaj saying that lazy b1tches are fukking up the economy.. do they really not understand that the platitudes that work in a person's own life ("work had and things will get better") don't actually work to revitalize a developed economy

we have had explosive productivity growth with stagnant wages for decades now in developed countries. cutting wages is only going to make the monetary gains go straight to owner pockets instead of benefitting employees, workers, middle class people

I think that's about 40-50 years from now. People are still too content and don't feel their liberties are being threatened, yet. They have already been hijacked, most just don't know it yet. I mean just look at the thread on the first page about the FBI receiving personal information of Apple users. This is something we would not have known if these Anonymous cats didn't hack into FBI databases. Imagine the shyt they have we don't know about :leon:

This isn't on some conspiracy shyt either, this shyt is really happening. I think slowly people are waking up to what's really happening behind the scenes but that's a small majority. There's a lot of smoke screens and distractions in place in the form of propaganda to control the masses (most of the entertainment business, facebook, twitter, instagram, advertising, mass consumerism) and when you think about it, most of these things are connected in some way.

If this was on the news every night, people would get very mad, very fast.

Not sure if related, but one of the biggest misconceptions nowadays (or maybe before also) is that since a person is rich, he/she knows something about Economy...running a business that more often than not focuses on short-term monetary benefits for share-holders is nothing like running the economy of a country, which should focus on long-term benefits (monetary and non-monetary) for a whole population...
